Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Grease a clean muffin pan
  3. Add all purpose flour and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
  4. Whisk together
  5. Add unsalted butter and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Cream until smooth
  7. Add egg to a clean small bowl
  8. Add vanilla extract to the wet ingredients
  9. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  10. Transfer dry ingredients to batter and mix
  11. Add peach and plum to the batter
  12. Mix gently until combined
  13. Transfer batter to muffin pan
  14. Bake until golden brown - 25 min, 175°C
  15. Dust with powdered sugar
