Method
1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Add roasted peanuts to the baking sheet
3. Place into a cold oven
4. Roast - 10 min, 200°C
5. Meanwhile, create a sugar praline by placing the sugar into a dry frying pan
6. Heat - medium heat, do not stir. Shake the sugar occasionally and then, as it starts to melt, a little more frequently so that the sugar melts equally
7. Scrape the melted sugar onto a working surface
8. Let it set
9. Break it into pieces
10. Place three quarters of the hot nuts into Thermomix bowl
11. Add sugar praline and salt flakes
12. Blend with MC on - 30 sec, speed 8
13. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
14. Blend with MC on - 30 sec, speed 7
15. Scrape down sides of TM5 bowl
16. Remove any peanut butter from the bowl that youwould like to have as smooth peanut butter
17. Add the rest of nuts to the bowl
18. Blend with MC on - 6 sec, speed 6. This is your crunchy peanut butter
19. Store in airtight containers in the pantry
