Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 150°C / 350°F
2. Prepare 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
3. Add egg white and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix thoroughly until stiff and glossy and continue mixing
5. Add granulated sugar to the batter gradually and continue mixing
6. Mix thoroughly until stiff then set aside
7. Add cornstarch, water, white vinegar and vanilla extract to a clean small bowl
8. Mix thoroughly with teaspoon until completely mixed and transfer mixture to batter
9. Fold batter gently until mixture comes together
10. Transfer batter the piping bag and create small meringues on the baking sheet
11. Bake until light golden - 40 min, 150°C / 300°F
12. Let cool completely - approx 30 min
13. To store transfer meringues to plastic container
