Method
1. Add heavy cream and honey to a clean small bowl then set aside
2. Add bread flour and water to a clean saucepan and mix
3. Heat until thickened while whisking - approx 5 min, low heat
4. Transfer cream to mixture and mix
5. Add bread flour, active dried yeast, powdered milk and kosher salt to a clean stand mixer bowl and mix
6. Add egg to the dough
7. Transfer mixture to dough
8. Knead until smooth - approx 5 min, medium speed
9. Add unsalted butter to a clean small bowl then set aside
10. Transfer butter to dough bit by bit while mixing
11. Grease a clean large mixing bowl
12. Transfer dough to large mixing bowl and cover
13. Let rise until doubled - 1 hr
14. Turn out on lightly-floured surface
15. Shape and cover
16. Let rise - 45 min
17. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
18. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 190°C
