Similar to brioche but with added milk and less butter, and with the addition of honey to give a little extra depth of flavor. This milk bread recipe is both forgiving and versatile! It can be made into loaves for slicing, baked in a pan as pull-apart rolls, baked in muffin cups, or formed into buns for sandwiches. It's super soft and fluffy, and rises beautifully. If it lasts longer than a day, wrap it in plastic and re-heat or toast when serving. Makes 2 loaves, or about 12 muffin-sized rolls.
