  • White flour icon

    Method

  • 1. Add white flour, baking soda and milk to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Mix into a fine paste until thickened
  • 3. Add egg, cod fillet, fresh parsley and salt
  • 4. Mix generously until mixture comes together then set aside
  • 5. Add olive oil to a clean frying pan
  • 6. Fry one by one until lightly browned then set aside - medium heat
  • 7. Serve
