  • Rolled oats icon
    Rolled oats160 g
  • Almond milk icon
    Almond milk240 ml
  • Banana icon
    Banana1
  • Baking powder icon
    Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract icon
    Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil icon
    Coconut oilas needed
  • Maple syrup icon
    Maple syrup1 tablespoon
    Method

  • 1. Add rolled oats to a clean small bowl
  • 2. Blitz until fine
  • 3. Add almond milk, banana, baking powder and vanilla extract to a clean blender jug
  • 4. Transfer oat mixture to batter
  • 5. Blend until smooth - high speed
  • 6. Pre-heat a clean frying pan
  • 7. Grease with coconut oil
  • 8. Scoop batter onto frying pan
  • 9. Fry each side until light golden - approx 1 min
  • 10. Top with maple syrup
