Step preview

  1. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add ground pork
  3. Add peeled, diced potato
  4. Add peeled, diced rutabaga
  5. Add chopped onion
  6. Add peeled, diced carrot
  7. Add salt
  8. Add freshly ground black pepper
  9. Mix well until combined then set aside
  10. Pre-heat - 175°C
  11. Grease a clean baking sheet
  12. Prepare a clean lightly floured surface
  13. Roll out puff pastry
  14. Assemble
  15. Top with butter individually
  16. Press together
  17. Transfer content of lightly floured surface to baking sheet
  18. Get a clean small bowl
  19. Add egg
  20. Add water
  21. Whisk until combined
  22. Brush content of lightly floured surface with eggs
  23. Bake until golden brown - 1 hr, 175°C
