    Method

  • 1. Add butter and garlic to a clean large saucepan
  • 2. Sauté until fragrant - approx 1 min
  • 3. Add onion, caraway seeds, sea salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
  • 4. Transfer onion mixture to large saucepan
  • 5. Sauté until softened - approx 1 min
  • 6. Add vegetable stock to the large saucepan
  • 7. Heat until boiling
  • 8. Add potatoes
  • 9. Simmer until tender - 15 min
  • 10. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  • 11. Add rustic french bread, olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, black pepper and sea salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 12. Toss until coated
  • 13. Transfer to baking sheet
  • 14. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C
  • 15. Add parmesan cheese
  • 16. Garnish with bread and fresh parsley
