Method
1. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
2. Add all purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda to a clean medium bowl
3. Whisk until blended
4. Add dark chocolate and unsalted butter to a clean medium glass bowl
5. Melt in double boiler then set aside
6. Add granulated sugar, egg and vanilla extract to a clean large mixing bowl
7. Mix until combined
8. Transfer chocolate mixture to dough
9. Mix until combined
10. Transfer dry ingredients to dough
11. Mix until just combined
12. Add chocolate chips to a clean small bowl
13. Transfer chocolate mixture to dough
14. Mix gently until just combined
15. Chill in fridge - 20 min
16. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
17. Scoop dough onto 2 baking sheets
18. Bake - 14 min
19. Transfer onto cooling rack
