Method
1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside
2. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
3. Add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix until coarse crumbs form - low speed
5. Add buttermilk, sour cream and vanilla extract to the dough
6. Mix until dough forms - low speed
7. Add dried cherries and chocolate chips
8. Mix until combined - low speed
9. Transfer dough onto baking sheet and flatten by hands
10. Chill in the fridge - 30 min
11. Cut dough into squares
12. Arrange them in the baking sheet
13. Bake until golden brown - 18 min, 190°C
14. Transfer onto cooling rack
