  • All purpose flour icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
  • 2. Add lentils, cilantro, olive oil, garlic, lemon and salt to the food processor bowl and blitz until combined
  • 3. Scrape the sides and mix in all purpose flour
  • 4. Form the mixture into 10 small balls, then flatten slightly
  • 5. Once ready, space them out on the baking sheet.
  • 6. Bake until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C / 350°F
  • 7. Flip and bake the other side until golden brown - 10 min, 175°C / 350°F
