This elevated french toast is composed of thick challah slices, generous schmears of peanut butter, tons of bananas, and a drizzle of honey. The bread is flavored with vanilla, nutmeg, and rum - feel free to leave out the rum if you're making it for kids!

  4. Top with sliced banana
  5. Drizzle with honey

  14. Whisk until smooth - approx 1 min
  15. Get a clean medium cast iron skillet
  16. Add butter
  17. Pre-heat - medium heat
  18. Dip bread into eggs
  19. Soak
  20. Place plate on medium cast iron skillet
  21. Cook each side until golden brown then set aside - approx 2 min
  22. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
  23. Drizzle with maple syrup
  24. Yum!
