  • Salted butter icon
    Salted butter110 gdiced
  • Caster sugar icon
    Caster sugar85 g
  • Sultanas icon

    Method

  • 1. Add self raising flour and salted butter to a clean medium bowl
  • 2. Rub in until coarse crumbs form
  • 3. Add caster sugar, sultanas and egg to the medium bowl
  • 4. Mix in well until just combined
  • 5. Roll out on lightly-floured surface until 1/4" thick
  • 6. Cut into rounds
  • 7. Grease
  • 8. Cook until golden brown - 2 min
  • 9. Flip until golden brown then set aside - 2 min
  • 10. Repeat
  • 11. Sprinkle a clean small bowl with caster sugar
