Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 160°C
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan
  3. Add whole wheat flour, cornmeal, kosher salt and baking soda to a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Whisk until combined
  5. Add whole milk yogurt and molasses to a clean medium bowl
  6. Whisk until blended
  7. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  8. Mix until just combined
  9. Add cranberries to the batter
  10. Mix until just combined
  11. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  12. Bake until skewer tests clean - 1 hr
  13. Turn out onto cooling rack
