  1. Add all purpose flour and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Add parmesan cheese to the dough
  3. Add sea salt to the dough
  4. Add black pepper to the dough
  5. Add fresh garlic to the dough
  6. Mix until well combined
  7. Form
  8. Chill in freezer - 10 min
  9. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  10. Slice
  11. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  12. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  13. Bake until golden brown - 18 min, 190°C, middle rack
