Step preview

  1. Add egg yolk and dark brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Whisk until combined
  3. Add spelt flour, baking powder and salt to the large mixing bowl
  4. Beat until well combined
  5. Add banana and milk to the large mixing bowl
  6. Mix until combined
  7. Mix in egg white to the large mixing bowl gently then set aside
  8. Pre-heat
  9. Cook one by one
  10. Set aside and continue
  11. Add ricotta cheese, quark cheese and milk to a clean medium bowl
  12. Beat until smooth - 5 min
  13. Add honey to the medium bowl
  14. Stir until combined
  15. Serve
