    Method

  • 1. Add egg yolk and dark brown sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 2. Whisk until combined
  • 3. Add spelt flour, baking powder and salt to the large mixing bowl
  • 4. Beat until well combined
  • 5. Add banana and milk to the large mixing bowl
  • 6. Mix until combined
  • 7. Mix in egg white to the large mixing bowl gently then set aside
  • 8. Pre-heat waffle iron
  • 9. Cook one by one
  • 10. Set aside and continue
  • 11. Add ricotta cheese, quark cheese and milk to a clean medium bowl
  • 12. Beat until smooth - 5 min
  • 13. Add honey to the medium bowl
  • 14. Stir until combined
  • 15. Serve
