Method
1. Add honey, coconut sugar, oyster sauce, chinese five spice, soy sauce, chinese black vinegar, chinese cooking wine, red chili, garlic clove and ginger to the TM5 bowl
2. Mix with MC in place 20 sec, speed 8
3. Heat for 4 min, 60°C, speed 1
4. Transfer content of TM5 bowl to plastic container
5. Add pork filet to the plastic container
6. Marinate in fridge - approx 24 hr
7. Cook under a very hot grill until charred and fragrant. (Around 35-40 minutes)
8. Rest before slicing as needed
