Step preview

  1. Pre-heat - 175°C
  2. Get a clean medium bowl
  3. Add egg
  4. Add milk
  5. Add greek yogurt
  6. Whisk together until smooth
  7. Add vegetable oil
  8. Add vanilla extract
  9. Whisk gently until just combined then set aside
  10. Get a clean large mixing bowl
  11. Add all purpose flour
  12. Add baking soda
  13. Add baking powder
  14. Add nutmeg
  15. Add ground cinnamon
  16. Add granulated sugar
  17. Mix well until combined
  18. Transfer wet ingredients to batter
  19. Stir gently until combined
  20. Mix in sprinkles gently
  21. Grease a clean mini doughnut pan
  22. Pipe batter onto mini doughnut pan
  23. Bake and let cool - 9 min, 175°C, middle rack
  24. Get a clean saucepan
  25. Add milk
  26. Add icing sugar
  27. Add vanilla extract
  28. Heat until lukewarm
  29. Whisk until smooth
  30. Glaze
  31. Decorate with sprinkles
