Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C / 350°F
2. Add egg, milk and greek yogurt to a clean medium bowl
3. Whisk together until smooth
4. Add vegetable oil and vanilla extract to the wet ingredients
5. Whisk gently until just combined then set aside
6. Add all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, nutmeg, ground cinnamon and granulated sugar to a clean large mixing bowl
7. Mix well until combined
8. Transfer wet ingredients to the dry ones
9. Stir gently until combined
10. Mix in sprinkles to the batter gently
11. Grease a clean mini doughnut pan
12. Pipe batter onto mini doughnut pan
13. Bake and let cool - 9 min, 175°C / 350°F middle rack
14. Add milk, icing sugar and vanilla extract to a clean saucepan
15. Heat until lukewarm
16. Whisk until smooth
17. Glaze
18. Decorate with sprinkles
