    510g (about 2 cups)

    about ½ cup (115g)

Step preview

  1. Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, unsalted butter and vanilla extract to a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Mix until dough forms
  3. Roll into balls
  4. Freeze - approx 2 hr
  5. Add chocolate chips and vegetable oil to a clean large glass bowl
  6. Melt in double boiler while stirring occasionally
  7. Dip balls into chocolate mixture halfway then set aside
  8. Freeze
  9. Store in plastic container
