  1. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  2. Grease a clean round pan
  3. Line with parchment paper
  4. Add all purpose flour, granulated sugar, kosher salt, baking soda and baking powder to a clean medium bowl
  5. Whisk briefly then set aside
  6. Add egg, milk, extra virgin olive oil, orange, orange juice and grand marnier to a clean large mixing bowl
  7. Whisk until combined
  8. Transfer dry ingredients to batter
  9. Whisk carefully until just combined
  10. Pour batter into round pan
  11. Bake until skewer tests clean - 1 hr, 175°C
  12. Let cool - 30 min
  13. Turn out on round wire rack until completely cool
