Light queen cakes that don't need icing.

  • Caster sugar icon

    Method

  • 1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C / 375°F
  • 2. Add caster sugar and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  • 3. Mix until creamy
  • 4. Add egg to the mixture one by one
  • 5. Mix until combined
  • 6. Add sultanas to the mixture
  • 7. Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture
  • 8. Fold
  • 9. Prepare a clean cupcake pan
  • 10. Use an ice cream scoop to divide mixture evenly
  • 11. Bake until lightly browned - 12 min, 190°C / 375°F
