Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 190°C
  2. Add caster sugar and unsalted butter to a clean large mixing bowl
  3. Mix until creamy
  4. Add egg to the mixture one by one
  5. Mix until combined
  6. Add sultanas to the mixture
  7. Sift cake flour and baking powder into the mixture
  8. Fold
  9. Prepare a clean cupcake pan
  10. Transfer mixture to cupcake pan evenly between
  11. Bake until lightly browned - 12 min, 190°C
