Method
1. Add vegetable oil and popcorn kernels to a clean large saucepan
2. Heat and cover - high heat
3. Shake - 2 min
4. Uncover, sprinkle with salt then set aside
5. Add granulated sugar, water and corn syrup to a clean saucepan
6. Boil until golden brown - medium heat
7. Add butter and stir thoroughly until completely melted
8. Add baking soda and peanuts to the caramel and mix
9. Transfer popcorn to caramel
10. Season with salt
11. Stir gently until coated
12. Spread evenly and let cool
