Traditional Neapolitan style pizza dough. Best results use Caputo blue bag flour.

Step preview

  1. Get a clean large glass bowl
  2. Add italian 00 flour
  3. Add sea salt
  4. Add dried yeast
  5. Mix slowly until blended
  6. Add water slowly and mix
  7. Mix until dough forms - 5 min
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise - approx 4 hr
  9. Divide into balls
  10. Flour 2 clean small bowls lightly
  11. Transfer dough balls to 2 small bowls
  12. Cover with plastic wrap
  13. Let rise - approx 2 hr
  14. Roll out into rounds on lightly-floured surface
  15. Assemble
  16. Cook - approx 6 min, 230°C
