Traditional Neapolitan style pizza dough. Best results use Caputo blue bag flour.

Step preview

  1. Add italian 00 flour, sea salt and dried yeast to a clean large glass bowl
  2. Mix slowly until blended
  3. Add water to the dough balls slowly and mix
  4. Mix until dough forms - 5 min
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise - approx 4 hr
  6. Divide into balls
  7. Flour 2 clean small bowls lightly
  8. Transfer dough balls to 2 small bowls
  9. Cover with plastic wrap
  10. Let rise - approx 2 hr
  11. Roll out into rounds on lightly-floured surface
  12. Assemble
  13. Cook - approx 6 min, 230°C
