Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
2. Prepare a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Add self raising flour, baking powder and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
4. Mix until just combined
5. Add butter to the dough
6. Rub in until fine crumbs form
7. Add sultanas and water to a clean small bowl
8. Transfer fruit to dough
9. Mix until mixture comes together
10. Form into rounds
11. Transfer dough to baking sheet
12. Brush with egg
13. Bake until golden brown - 15 min, 200°C
14. Serve
