Step preview

  1. Add water, sea salt, bread flour and quick-rise yeast to a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Mix - 2 min, low speed
  3. Mix until combined - medium speed
  4. Add extra virgin olive oil to the dough
  5. Mix - 2 min, low speed
  6. Mix until smooth - 8 min, medium speed
  7. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  8. Divide into balls with dough scraper
  9. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  10. Transfer one by one in plastic container
  11. Prove in fridge
