Step preview

  1. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  2. Add warm water
  3. Add sea salt
  4. Add bread flour
  5. Add quick-rise yeast
  6. Mix - 2 min, low speed
  7. Mix until combined - medium speed
  8. Add extra virgin olive oil
  9. Mix - 2 min, low speed
  10. Mix until smooth - 8 min, medium speed
  11. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  12. Divide into balls with dough scraper
  13. Brush with extra virgin olive oil
  14. Transfer one by one in plastic container
  15. Prove in fridge
