Step preview

  1. Place pork tenderloin on the Vortex rotisserie spit
  2. Thread the rotisserie forks from each side and tighten the screws to hold the pork firmly in place
  3. Mix honey, sriracha sauce and kosher salt into a clean small bowl together
  4. Brush pork with sauce
  5. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  6. AIRFRY - 20 min, 175°C
  7. When display reads "Add Food", insert rotisserie spit
  8. Press "ROTATE"
  9. Serve
