  • 1. Add canned chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, kosher salt, garlic, ground cumin, cayenne pepper and aquafaba to the Ace blender jug

  • 4. Blend - approx 1 min 30 sec, high speed
  • 5. Serve
