When draining garbanzo beans, reserve 1/4 cup liquid (aquafaba). Serve with your favorite cracker, biscuit, or chip or use as a sandwich spread. *Note: to roast garlic, cut a slice around the head of garlic and drizzle olive oil over the entire head of garlic. Roast at 375℉ for 30 minutes or until the outside skin begins to brown and the garlic is fragrant.
