Juicy boneless chicken breaded with crushed crispy rice cereal keeps its crunch even after a delicious coating of buffalo sauce. Gluten-free and 1/3 the calories of restaurant boneless buffalo wings. Serve with celery sticks and blue cheese (or ranch) dressing.

Step preview

  1. Add rice krispies to a clean large resealable plastic bag
  2. Crush
  3. Mix egg white and olive oil into a clean baking dish together
  4. Transfer content of large resealable plastic bag to baking dish
  5. Add paprika, garlic powder and salt to the breadcrumb mixture
  6. Add chicken tenders to the egg mixture
  7. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mixture
  8. Divide chicken between 2 Vortex cooking trays evenly
  9. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  10. AIRFRY - 10 min, 190°C
  11. When display reads "Add Food", insert one cooking tray in the top-most position, and the other in the bottom-most position
  12. When display reads "Turn Food", turn the chicken over AND swap the tray positions
  13. Add butter and wing sauce to a clean large mixing bowl
  14. Mix until combined
  15. Toss chicken with sauce gently
  16. Serve hot
