Step preview

  1. Add chicken drumsticks to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Drizzle with olive oil
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika and ground cumin into a clean small bowl together
  5. Sprinkle seasoning over chicken
  6. Toss until coated evenly
  7. Divide chicken between 2 Vortex cooking trays
  8. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  9. AIRFRY - 25 min, 205°C
  10. When display reads "Add Food", insert one tray in top-most position and the other in bottom-most position
  11. When display reads "Turn Food", turn chicken over AND switch the tray positions
  12. Ensure thickest portion of chicken has internal temperature of at least 165℉/74℃
  13. Serve hot
