Step preview

  1. Mix all purpose flour, kosher salt and black pepper into a clean baking dish together
  2. Add egg to a clean baking dish
  3. Add panko breadcrumbs, italian herbs and parmesan cheese to a clean baking dish
  4. Coat chicken tenders with the flour mixture
  5. Dredge chicken in egg mixture
  6. Dredge chicken in breadcrumb mixture
  7. Divide chicken between 2 Vortex cooking trays
  8. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  9. AIRFRY - 15 min, 180°C
  10. When display reads "Add Food", insert one cooking tray in top-most position, and the other in bottom-most position
  11. When display reads "Turn Food", turn the chicken over AND swap the tray positions
  12. Add marinara sauce to a clean small bowl
  13. Serve chicken with sauce
