Step preview

  1. Add frozen puff pastry to the Vortex cooking tray
  2. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  3. AIRFRY - 10 min, 200°C
  4. When display reads "Add food", insert the cooking tray in the center position
  5. After 5 mins, remove pastry from oven
  6. Press down center of each pastry
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese
  8. Sprinkle with bacon
  9. Top with egg
  10. Return to Vortex air fryer
  11. Check eggs for doneness
  12. Transfer content of Vortex cooking tray to serving plate
  13. Add frozen puff pastry to the Vortex cooking tray
  14. AIRFRY - 10 min, 200°C

  17. Press down center of each pastry
  18. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese

  20. Top with egg
  21. Return to Vortex air fryer

  24. Serve warm
  25. Garnish with fresh chives
