Step preview

  1. Place zucchini on a clean cutting board
  2. Slice into rounds
  3. Sprinkle with kosher salt
  4. Let rest - 10 min
  5. Mix egg and water into a clean baking dish together
  6. Mix panko breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and smoked paprika into a clean baking dish together
  7. Blot squash with paper towels
  8. Transfer squash to egg mixture
  9. Dredge in breadcrumb mixture
  10. Divide squash between 2 Vortex cooking trays
  11. Insert the Vortex drip pan
  12. AIRFRY - 12 min, 190°C
  13. When display reads "Add Food", insert one cooking tray in top-most position and the other in bottom-most position
  14. When display reads "Turn Food", turn the zucchini over AND swap the tray locations
  15. Transfer zucchini to serving plate
  16. Serve with marinara sauce
