Method
1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
2. Line 2 clean baking sheets with parchment paper
3. Add all purpose flour, baking soda and salt to a clean medium bowl
4. Whisk until well combined then set aside
5. Add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, egg and egg yolk to a clean large mixing bowl
6. Transfer dry ingredients to large mixing bowl
7. Stir slowly until combined
8. Mix thoroughly until creamy
9. Add semisweet chocolate to the large mixing bowl
10. Scoop content of large mixing bowl onto 2 baking sheets
11. Bake until golden brown - 18 min, 160°C
12. Sprinkle with fleur de sel lightly
