Steamed Greens with Garlicky Lemon Sauce

Step preview

  1. Add cashew nuts and water to a clean medium bowl
  2. Soak - 10 min
  3. Drain
  4. Transfer nuts to blender jug
  5. Add water, coconut aminos, lemon juice, garlic clove and salt to the blender jug
  6. Blend well until creamy
  7. Add water to the inner pot
  8. Add leafy greens to a clean steamer basket
  9. Insert steamer basket into inner pot
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Steam, 1 min
  12. Cancel - Keep warm
  13. Quick release
  14. As soon as the timer goes off take out the greens
  15. Strain and extract any excess water and then place your greens in a mixing bowl
  16. Add however much Lemon Garlic Sauce you like and gently toss the greens so they get coated in the sauce
