Step preview

  1. Add butter to the inner pot
  2. Heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  3. Then add onion to the inner pot
  4. Cook until softened - approx 3 min
  5. Mix macaroni, water, diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions and salt into the inner pot
  6. Cancel - Sauté
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 4 min
  9. Cancel - Keep warm
  10. Quick release
  11. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  12. Then add mexican 4-cheese blend, milk and butter to the inner pot
  13. Stir until smooth
  14. Stir tomato salsa into the inner pot
  15. Cancel - Sauté
  16. Then sprinkle with mexican 4-cheese blend
  17. Let rest until melted
  18. Serve
