Step preview

  1. Add olive oil, fajita seasoning, chicken base, garlic clove and chicken breast to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix until coated
  3. Add canned diced tomatoes to the inner pot
  4. Add onion, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper to the inner pot
  5. Transfer chicken to inner pot
  6. Top with canned diced tomatoes
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Venting
  8. Cook - Slow cook, Less, 6 hr
  9. When cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
  10. Place flour tortilla on a clean work surface
  11. Transfer chicken to tortillas
  12. Top with avocado, cilantro and lime
  13. Serve
