I can’t decide what I love more about this lasagna: how fast and simple it is to make, or how sensational it tastes. For all these reasons, it has become a staple in my kitchen. I especially love it topped with grated Parmesan.

Step preview

  1. Spray baking spray onto a clean springform pan
  2. Add pasta sauce with italian sausage to the springform pan
  3. Stir water into the springform pan
  4. Add italian cheese blend, egg and ricotta cheese to a clean large mixing bowl
  5. Whisk until well combined
  6. Add no-boil dried lasagna noodles to the springform pan
  7. Transfer one third of cheese mixture to springform pan
  8. Add pasta sauce with italian sausage to the springform pan
  9. Add no-boil dried lasagna noodles to the springform pan
  10. Press
  11. Transfer cheese mixture to springform pan
  12. Add water to the inner pot
  13. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  14. Place the springform pan on the rack
  15. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  16. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 14 min
  17. Cancel - Keep warm
  18. Quick release
  19. Sprinkle with italian cheese blend
  20. Close and lock the lid.
  21. Let rest until melted - 10 min
  22. Using the handles of the rack, carefully remove the rack and pan.
  23. Let rest - 10 min
  24. Serve
