When it comes to classic appetizers, it doesn’t get much simpler or more classic than these meatballs. These party favorites are rolled up and steamed, then simmered in a flavorful herb-filled tomato sauce. Don’t forget to sprinkle them with Parmesan and oregano!

Step preview

  1. Add ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, dried parsley, dried oregano, black pepper and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  2. Mix into balls
  3. Form into 12 balls
  4. Mix tomato sauce and beef broth into the inner pot
  5. Transfer balls to sauce
  6. Turn to coat
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 9 min
  9. Natural release - 5 min
  10. Quick release
  11. Spoon sauce over meatballs.
  12. Serve immediately
