Step preview

  1. Add cornstarch and sea salt to a clean small bowl
  2. Add chicken tenders to the small bowl
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Add toasted sesame oil to the inner pot
  5. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  6. Transfer chicken to inner pot
  7. Cook until golden brown while stirring occasionally - 4 min
  8. Add soy sauce, ketchup and red pepper flakes to a clean small bowl
  9. Stir until well combined
  10. Pour this sauce over the chicken
  11. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  12. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  13. Release pressure -
  14. Add toasted sesame oil and honey to the inner pot
  15. Stir quickly until combined
  16. Heat - Sauté, Less
  17. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  18. Whisk until smooth
  19. Stir this slurry into the chicken
  20. Stir constantly until thickened - 2 min
  21. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
