Step preview

  1. Add cornstarch and sea salt to a clean small bowl
  2. Add chicken tenders to the small bowl
  3. Toss until coated
  4. Add toasted sesame oil to the inner pot
  5. Heat - Sauté, Normal
  6. Transfer chicken to inner pot
  7. Cook until golden brown while stirring occasionally - 4 min
  8. Add soy sauce, ketchup and red pepper flakes to a clean small bowl
  9. Stir until well combined
  10. Pour this sauce over the chicken
  11. Cancel - Sauté
  12. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  13. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 3 min
  14. Cancel - Keep warm
  15. Quick release
  16. Add toasted sesame oil and honey to the inner pot
  17. Stir quickly until combined
  18. Heat - Sauté, Less
  19. Add cornstarch and water to a clean small bowl
  20. Whisk until smooth
  21. Stir this slurry into the chicken
  22. Stir constantly until thickened - 2 min
  23. Sprinkle with sesame seeds
