Every traditional holiday flavor comes through in this delicious herby stuffing, but be warned: it’s so good, you probably won’t have any leftovers. To make the stuffing, you will need a 7-inch springform pan or a 1-quart ovenproof baking dish that fits your Instant Pot.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  2. Add butter to the inner pot
  3. Melt
  4. Add onion, celery stalk and garlic clove to the inner pot
  5. Sauté - 3 min
  6. Add italian sausage to the inner pot
  7. Crumble
  8. Brown until cooked through
  9. Mix croutons, fresh sage, vegetable broth, egg, salt and black pepper into a clean large mixing bowl
  10. Transfer content of inner pot to large mixing bowl
  11. Mix gently until coated
  12. Let rest - 2 min
  13. Spray baking spray onto a clean springform pan
  14. Scoop content of large mixing bowl onto springform pan
  15. Cover with foil
  16. Rinse and dry the inner pot
  17. Add water to the inner pot
  18. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  19. Place springform pan on the rack
  20. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  21. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 20 min
  22. Release pressure -
  23. Pre-heat broiler
  24. Remove
  25. Broil until light golden - approx 5 min
  26. Garnish with fresh parsley
  27. Let cool - 5 min
  28. Serve
