This recipe is the perfect solution when you crave layered, gooey, oven-baked lasagna goodness but don’t want to turn the oven on. Use flat, no-boil lasagna noodles for best results; noodles with ruffled edges are difficult to fit in the pan. If you’d like to make this lasagna meatless, substitute 8 ounces chopped vegetarian Italian sausage for the pork.

Step preview

  1. Add olive oil to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, More
  3. Add bulk italian pork sausage to the inner pot
  4. Cook until browned while stirring occasionally - 5 min
  5. Add water to the inner pot
  6. Deglaze with a wooden spoon
  7. Cancel - Sauté
  8. Transfer content of inner pot to colander
  9. Rinse and dry the inner pot
  10. Add water to the inner pot
  11. Add ricotta cheese, egg, fresh basil and nutmeg to a clean medium bowl
  12. Mix until blended
  13. Season with salt & pepper
  14. Spray olive oil spray onto a clean springform pan
  15. Add no-boil dried lasagna noodles to the springform pan
  16. Spoon marinara sauce into the springform pan
  17. Scatter half of content of colander over springform pan
  18. Scatter mozzarella cheese over the springform pan
  19. Arrange no-boil dried lasagna noodles in the springform pan
  20. Spoon marinara sauce into the springform pan
  21. Top cheese mixture with springform pan
  22. Arrange no-boil dried lasagna noodles in the springform pan
  23. Transfer content of colander to springform pan
  24. Spoon marinara sauce into the inner pot
  25. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese
  26. Cover tightly with foil
  27. Place a rack in the inner pot
  28. Place springform pan on the rack
  29. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  30. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 30 min
  31. Natural release - 10 min
  32. Quick release
  33. Remove
  34. Place
  35. Remove sides
  36. Serve
