Step preview

  1. Add chicken breast and chicken broth to the inner pot
  2. Top with tomato salsa
  3. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  4. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 15 min
  5. Natural release
  6. Let cool - 10 min
  7. Remove chicken, chop with knife or shred with 2 forks
  8. Return chicken to pot
  9. Stir greek yogurt into the inner pot
  10. Serve over rice, over taco salad, or in tortillas
