Step preview

  1. Place pork loin on a clean work surface
  2. Season with black pepper and salt
  3. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, Normal
  4. Add butter to the inner pot
  5. Transfer pork to inner pot
  6. Cook each side until lightly browned - approx 4 min
  7. Add apple juice to the inner pot
  8. Deglaze with a wooden spoon
  9. Add onion to the inner pot
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 20 min
  12. Natural release - 15 min
  13. Release pressure -
  14. Transfer pork to cutting board
  15. Let rest - 5 min
  16. Cut into 3/4-inch slices
  17. Rinse and dry the inner pot
  18. Add granny smith apple, apple cider vinegar, ginger, pomegranate seeds, orange juice, brown sugar, ground nutmeg, apple-orange chutney, red pepper flakes, raisins and white onion to the inner pot
  19. Stir until well combined
  20. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  21. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 10 min
  22. Release pressure -
  23. Serve the chutney with the sliced pork loin
