Step preview

  1. Add dates, garlic clove, tomato paste and fire-roasted diced tomatoes to a clean blender jug
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Transfer content of blender jug to inner pot
  4. Add chili powder, onion, dried oregano, chipotle chili powder, red lentils, apple cider vinegar, water, nuts, red bell pepper, smoked paprika, nutritional yeast, red pepper flakes, salt-free seasoning and dried parsley to the inner pot
  5. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  6. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 10 min
  7. Natural release
