Step preview

  1. Add steel cut oats, egg, vanilla almond milk, vanilla extract, erythritol and salt to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix together until well combined
  3. Fold frozen raspberries into the medium bowl
  4. Grease a clean round pan
  5. Transfer oat mixture to round pan
  6. Cover with foil
  7. Add water to the inner pot
  8. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  9. Place the pan on the rack
  10. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  11. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 15 min
  12. Release pressure -
  13. Carefully remove the pan from the inner pot and remove the foil
  14. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars and serving
