Step preview

  1. Add white vinegar, salt, sugar and yellow onion to a clean medium bowl
  2. Mix until dissolved
  3. Add new potatoes, water and salt to the inner pot
  4. Grease a clean round pan
  5. Add egg to the round pan
  6. Place round pan on top of potatoes
  7. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  8. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 4 min
  9. Whisk dressing into a clean large mixing bowl
  10. Drain medium bowl
  11. Transfer content of medium bowl to large mixing bowl
  12. Add vegetables to the large mixing bowl
  13. Stir well
  14. Natural release - 4 min
  15. Release pressure -
  16. Remove eggs
  17. Dice
  18. Drain potatoes
  19. Scoop eggs into large mixing bowl
  20. Transfer potatoes to large mixing bowl
  21. Stir together
  22. Season to taste
  23. Cover
  24. Refrigerate - approx 2 hr
  25. Serve
