Method
1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Add unsalted butter and granulated sugar to a clean stand mixer bowl
3. Cream together until light and fluffy
4. Add all purpose flour and cornstarch to a clean medium bowl
5. Sift dry ingredients into dough bit by bit
6. Knead gently until mixture comes together
7. Wrap with plastic wrap
8. Chill in fridge - 30 min
9. Pre-heat oven - 170°C / 340°F
10. Roll out on lightly-floured surface
11. Cut out the cookies
12. Place dough on baking sheet
13. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 170°C / 340°F
14. Let cool - approx 5 min
15. Transfer onto cooling rack
16. Dust with powdered sugar
