  1. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Get a clean stand mixer bowl
  3. Add unsalted butter
  4. Add granulated sugar
  5. Cream together until light and fluffy
  6. Get a clean medium bowl
  7. Add all purpose flour
  8. Add cornstarch
  9. Sift dry ingredients into dough bit by bit
  10. Knead gently until mixture comes together
  11. Wrap with plastic wrap
  12. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  13. Pre-heat - 170°C
  14. Roll out on lightly-floured surface
  15. Cut
  16. Place dough on baking sheet
  17. Bake until golden brown - 12 min, 170°C
  18. Let cool - approx 5 min
  19. Transfer onto cooling rack
  20. Dust with powdered sugar
