Step preview

  1. Add chuck roast to the inner pot
  2. Season with salt & pepper
  3. Add pepperoncini to the inner pot on top
  4. Mix ranch dressing mix, au jus mix and water into a clean medium bowl
  5. Pour gravy over roast
  6. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  7. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 45 min
  8. Natural release - 10 min
  9. Release pressure -
  10. Using a slotted spoon, remove peppers from pot and set aside
  11. Transfer roast to a cutting board
  12. Let rest - 5 min
  13. Slice roast across the grain
  14. Transfer roast to serving plate
  15. Skim off fat from cooking liquid and drizzle roast with some of the liquid
  16. Arrange peppers around roast
  17. Serve
