Step preview

  1. Add butter to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, More
  3. Add cumin seeds to the inner pot
  4. Cook - approx 1 min
  5. Add onion to the inner pot
  6. Cook - approx 2 min
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste to the inner pot
  8. Cook - approx 1 min
  9. Add tomato to the inner pot
  10. Cook - approx 2 min
  11. Add peas, bell pepper, potato, carrot, pav bhaji masala, chili powder, salt and cauliflower to the inner pot
  12. Add water to the inner pot
  13. Mix well
  14. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  15. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  16. Natural release
  17. Mash with potato masher
  18. Transfer content of inner pot to large serving bowl
  19. Garnish with pav bhaji masala and cilantro
  20. Serve with bread and butter
