Step preview

  1. Add butter to the inner pot
  2. Pre-heat until hot - Sauté, More
  3. Add cumin seeds to the inner pot
  4. Cook - approx 1 min
  5. Add onion to the inner pot
  6. Cook - approx 2 min
  7. Add ginger-garlic paste to the inner pot
  8. Cook - approx 1 min
  9. Add tomato to the inner pot
  10. Cook - approx 2 min
  11. Cancel - Sauté
  12. Then add peas, bell pepper, potato, carrot, pav bhaji masala, chili powder, salt and cauliflower to the inner pot
  13. Add water to the inner pot
  14. Mix well
  15. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  16. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  17. Natural release
  18. Mash with potato masher
  19. Transfer content of inner pot to large serving bowl
  20. Garnish with pav bhaji masala and cilantro
  21. Serve with bread and butter
