Step preview

  1. Add water to the inner pot
  2. Place a clean rack in the inner pot
  3. Mix mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, cheddar cheese, dried basil, dried oregano, black pepper, ricotta cheese, kosher salt, fire-roasted diced tomatoes and zucchini into a clean large mixing bowl
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Grease a clean mug generously
  6. Transfer content of large mixing bowl to mug
  7. Cover loosely with foil
  8. Place mug on the rack
  9. Close and lock the lid and turn the steam release handle to Sealing
  10. Pressure cook - Manual, High, 5 min
  11. Natural release - 10 min
  12. Quick release
  13. Let cool
  14. Serve
